Applications are invited from Indian citizens for various teaching posts of Professors,
Associate Professors and Assistant Professors at Gauhati University through advertisement no. T/2021/02. Applications are invited on prescribed format from eligible Indian Citizens for the following teaching positions under Gauhati University to be filled up on regular basis.
Details of Teaching Positions to be filled up:
1. Total Number of Posts of Professor: 8 Nos.
2. Total Number of Posts of Associate Professor: 16 Nos.
3. Total Number of Posts of Assistant Professor: 14 Mos.
Pay Scale (as per latest UGC revision):
Professor (Academic Level-14): Rs. 1,44,200/- to 2,18,200/
Associate Professor (Academic Level-13A): Rs 1,31,400/- to 2,17,100/
Assistant Professor (Academic Level-10): Rs. 57,700/- to 1,82,400/-
Applications will be received only on the Gauhati University working days. The University
will not be responsible for any postal delay.
