Assam Public Service Commission Recruiting 15 Assistant Research Officer/Assistant Planning Officer

ASSAM PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ADDENDUM The Commission had invited applications for recruitment to 9(nine) posts of Assistant Research Officer/Assistant Planning Officer in Planning Services under Transformation and Development Department with the last date being 25.04.2021 vide advertisement no.04/2021 (Item No.B) dated 22.3.2021 

In the meantime, Transformation and Development Department vide letter no.PDS.36/2020/16 dated 15.7.2021 again sent a requisition of 6(six) additional posts The Commission has decided to combine the selection for the posts i.e. the earlier 9 posts vide advt. no.04/2021 and 6(six) additional posts, totaling 15. Consequently the total number of posts available for selection and the break up vacancy position The persons who had applied against the 9 posts advertised earlier need not apply again and they will be eligible for selection against all 15 posts. 

Similarly, candidates who will apply afresh against the 6 additional posts, will also be eligible for selection against all 15 posts. The other terms and conditions stipulated in the earlier advertisement will apply in the fresh advertisement. Notification for holding the OMR based screening test will be notified on the basis of present vacancy position i.e. 9+6=15 posts later on. Those who intend to apply for the post mentioned above should submit their application online in APSC's website
