Applications are invited for the post of Principal in D.H.S.K. Law College, Dibrugarh.
Essential Qualifications:
(i) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed from a recognized University.
(ii) A good academic record leading to Ph.D. degree in concerned discipline with evidence of
Published work.
(iii) Associate Professor / Professor with a total service/experience of at least fifteen years of
teaching / administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of Higher Education.
(iv) A minimum of 40% score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API)
based performance appraisal in Appendix III for direct recruitment of Principals in colleges
as per Government of Assam Guidelines.
(v) A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
(vi) A minimum of 110 Research Score as per Appendix II at Table 2 of UGC Regulations
2018.
Desirable:
(i) Ph.D. in Law.
(ii) A minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching/academic administration in a
University or/and in any of its affiliated College.
